https://www.academig.com

I was the co-founder of Academig, a company that helped scientists find information about research labs in their domain of expertise. Our mission was to make it an order of magnitude easier to find, follow, and stay up-to-date on your favorite research labs new. We did the hard work of putting all the research labs in the world in one place —so that you can stay focused on your research.

Money management

https://www.odeko.com

I implemented the backend of a pricing internal tool, for optimizing the pricing workflow for e-commerce catalog items. This initiative resulted in a substantial time-saving for the company, by the automation of laborious data analysis and input tasks, and improved profitability by allowing better control of the catalog items prices.

Stack: Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Kafka, GraphQL, NetSuite

Nano electromechanical memory devices

I pioneered the investigation of ligand-mediated forces in colloidal semiconductor quantum dot arrays and the possibility of utilizing this electrochemical effect in nano-scale memory devices. I proposed the first experiment aimed at inducing and measuring inter-dot mechanical response through a novel electromechanical effect.

Multi-bit dark state memory: Double quantum dot as an electronic quantum memory (2016)

Colloidal quantum dots solar cells

I pioneered a setup for inducing mechanical motion of colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) and for characterizing the effective forces that control their mechanical response, in order to measure transport properties and inter-dots interactions of quantum dots based solar cells.

Vertical multi-junction solar cells

I presented an analysis and optimization of a vertical multi-junction (VMJ) silicon solar cell and showed why outstanding efficiency can be achieved at high concentration compared to conventional silicon solar cells.

Multi Master Multi Memory Interface (M4IF)

I designed and implemented a Multi Master Multi Memory Interface following the ARM AXI standards that allowed AXI masters to communicate with multiple interfaced memories AXI slaves.
